ABOUT CCR

Building wildfire-resilient, energy-smart homes for a safer, more sustainable  Los Angeles

Coldwater Cool Roofing is not your average construction company — we’re your neighbors. We
grew up watching fires crawl over the Santa Monica Mountains and learned firsthand how fragile Los Angeles can be when disaster strikes.

Our mission is simple: protect our city by building wildfire-resilient, energy-smart roofs that keep homes safe and sustainable for decades to come.

As Angelenos, we’ve seen how hotter summers, drier winters, and high-risk hillside development have made our neighborhoods increasingly vulnerable. The 2025 Winter Fire Complex proved that “defensible space” alone isn’t enough — we need integrated protection systems that combine energy efficiency with wildfire defense.

That’s why we built CCR as a one-stop shop.

We design and install complete systems that reduce grid strain, lower cooling costs, and  protect against ember intrusion and radiant heat.

Unlike most companies that only tackle one piece of the puzzle, we do it all under one roof — integrating roofing, solar, and fire-hardening into a seamless system that protects both your property and your power.

Every project we take on is personal and every roof we install helps defend the same hills, canyons, and communities we call home.
