Home Fire Hardening Services
Our fire hardening systems are designed to seal the structure, eliminating the pathways embers and smoke use to enter the home. We retrofit the most exposed zones with Class A fire-rated roofing layers, enclosed eaves, fire-resistant vents, non-combustible gutter systems, intumescent coatings, and fire-caulked penetrations—locking down the building envelope from the top down.
During wildfire events, extreme heat creates pressure imbalances that turn homes into smoke vacuums. By hardening the roofline and sealing exterior openings, our systems reduce ember intrusion, limit smoke damage, and preserve interior air quality—often eliminating the need for post-fire remediation.
Roofline Sprinkler Systems
Our roofline sprinkler systems are engineered to protect the most vulnerable parts of your home during wildfire events: the roof, eaves, gutters, and surrounding perimeter.
Unlike traditional defensible space alone, roofline sprinklers create a continuous water curtain that saturates the roof and nearby vegetation—blocking wind-driven embers, reducing radiant heat, and dramatically limiting smoke intrusion. When activated, the system increases exterior humidity and cools surfaces, helping prevent the pressure differentials that pull smoke into homes during fires.
All systems are custom-designed for hillside and WUI properties and can be configured with off-grid power, battery backup, and cistern-fed water pressure—ensuring protection even during power shutoffs or municipal water failure. This is active wildfire defense, built into your roofline.
